Supabase is not configured yet, so the app is still using browser-only demo storage. Add `NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_URL` and `NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_ANON_KEY`, run the SQL in `supabase/schema.sql`, and this panel will switch to real auth.
